No developer involvement required from your side for standard integrations. Custom API integrations through AI Services typically take 1-2 weeks depending on complexity.

Yes. All active integrations sync data in real time using webhooks and event-driven architecture. When a call is logged, an appointment is booked, or a product is published, the data appears in your connected tools within seconds. Batch operations like bulk product publishing process sequentially but still complete far faster than manual workflows.

Brainova monitors all integration connections continuously. If an API token expires or a connection drops, we alert you immediately and queue any pending sync operations. Once reconnected, queued data syncs automatically — nothing is lost. Most disconnections are resolved by re-authorizing the integration in your settings.

Getting Started

Yes. Through our AI Integration Services, we build custom integrations with any tool that has an API. This includes ERP systems, proprietary databases, industry-specific software, and internal tools. Custom integrations follow the same real-time sync architecture as our standard integrations and include ongoing monitoring and support.

All data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.3, and data at rest uses AES-256 encryption. We follow the principle of least privilege — each integration only accesses the specific data fields required for its function.
