Yes. Callers can reschedule or cancel existing appointments during a phone call. The AI looks up their booking, confirms the details, checks updated availability, and moves or removes the appointment. Both parties receive an updated confirmation automatically.

Brainova monitors all calendar connections continuously. If a token expires or an API connection drops, you receive an alert immediately. The AI pauses booking for that calendar until the connection is restored, so no appointments are made against stale data. Reconnecting typically requires a single re-authorization click.

All data between Brainova and your calendar provider is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3. We only read free/busy status and write appointment events — we do not access, store, or index the content of your other calendar entries. OAuth tokens are stored in encrypted vaults and never exposed in logs.
