Each practice area has its own script, screening criteria, urgency indicators, and lawyer assignment rules. Every response is captured verbatim and delivered to your practice management system. Matters that don’t match any practice area are flagged for manual review. The AI also collects party names and matter details needed for conflict checks — the checks themselves remain a lawyer responsibility.
All data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Infrastructure and controls are built to SOC 2 Type II standards, with formal audit underway. The default behaviour is transparent — the AI introduces itself as your firm’s assistant — but the exact wording is yours to set.
