Brainova AI Inc. operates an AI voice agent that answers inbound calls. You can reach the agent at our toll-free number (844) 687-2424 (primary) or our Vancouver number (778) 744-7729 (secondary). When you call either number, you speak with our AI agent to learn about Brainova AI products and to book a product demo.
Purpose of SMS. Our SMS program is strictly transactional. If you opt in verbally during the call, Brainova AI sends a single appointment-confirmation message to confirm the date, time, and meeting link of the demo you just booked. The message is sent from our toll-free number (844) 687-2424 — never from (778) 744-7729 or any other number.
The SMS program is single-purpose: only the appointment-confirmation message is sent, and only after you opt in on the call. Brainova AI does not send any other type of SMS from this number, and we do not allow third parties to message you on it.
This page explains exactly what we send, how consent is collected during the call, and how you can stop receiving messages at any time. We follow US TCPA and Canadian CASL requirements for SMS consent.

How consent is collected during the call
Consent is collected verbally on the inbound call to our AI agent, using the fixed disclosure script below. Both the call audio recording and a written transcript are retained as proof of consent.
Exact disclosure script the AI agent reads
After you have booked a demo, our AI agent reads the following disclosure word-for-word before requesting a phone number:
"I'd like to send you a one-time confirmation text from Brainova AI Inc. with the date, time, and meeting link for your demo. This is a transactional message — no other texts will be sent from this number. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help."
"Is it okay to send the confirmation by text, and what's the best mobile number to send it to?"
By verbally agreeing and providing a mobile number in response, you consent to receive a one-time appointment-confirmation SMS at that number for the demo you just booked. You can:
- Provide the number you're calling from,
- Provide a different mobile number, or
- Decline SMS — in which case you can choose email confirmation instead, and no SMS is sent.
Consent is limited to a single transactional confirmation for the demo just booked. We do not infer consent for any other type of message from this interaction. If you'd prefer a written copy of the disclosure, ask the agent for an email summary or contact support@brainova.ai.
How to opt out
You can stop receiving SMS from this number at any time:

What we store. Your phone number, the date and time of consent, and a reference to the call recording or transcript.
How long. Consent records are retained for a minimum of 24 months to satisfy TCPA and CASL audit requirements, and longer if required by applicable law.
How we secure it. Phone numbers and call records are stored encrypted at rest and accessible only to authorized Brainova AI personnel.
