When you call either number, you speak with our AI agent to learn about Brainova AI products and to book a product demo.

Purpose of SMS. Our SMS program is strictly transactional. If you opt in verbally during the call, Brainova AI sends a single appointment-confirmation message to confirm the date, time, and meeting link of the demo you just booked. The message is sent from our toll-free number (844) 687-2424 — never from (778) 744-7729 or any other number.

The SMS program is single-purpose: only the appointment-confirmation message is sent, and only after you opt in on the call. Brainova AI does not send any other type of SMS from this number, and we do not allow third parties to message you on it.

What we store. Your phone number, the date and time of consent, and a reference to the call recording or transcript.

How long. Consent records are retained for a minimum of 24 months to satisfy TCPA and CASL audit requirements, and longer if required by applicable law.

How we secure it. Phone numbers and call records are stored encrypted at rest and accessible only to authorized Brainova AI personnel.

What we do with it. Your phone number is used only to send the appointment-confirmation SMS and to maintain the audit record. It is not used for any other purpose, and it is not transferred to any third party.
